Delivery Times

Most orders are dispatched via courier within 2 business days. We will send you an email once we have dispatched your order so that you can track the order as it travels to you.

For most metro areas, you should receive your order within a couple of business days after dispatch. Located in Western Australia or Internationally? It can take up to 10 business days for our courier network to place your parcel in your hands.

Our Courier Network

Australia Post:

For home delivery of parcels normally requiring a signature, if you’re at home, the delivery driver will record your name and confirm delivery on their handheld device, then leave the parcel at your door. If you’re not at home, a card will be left, with instructions on where to pick up your parcel.

For Post Office collection, our staff will confirm your name and record your collection on their device, then leave the parcel on the counter for you to pick up.
In all cases, whether a driver or postie delivers to the door or a customer goes into their local Post Office to collect a parcel, an Australia Post staff member will ask and record the customer’s name and delivery on a handheld device.

DHL:

Delivery of ‘Signature Required’ product

Courier will attempt delivery by knocking on the front door or attending the delivery area/reception etc and waiting at an appropriate distance (recommended > 1.5 metres) for the intended recipient to attend. Once the intended recipient has attended the door/area, the courier will place the consignment down appropriately and sign the scanner with ‘SIG’ and write the ‘customers name’ in the name field.

If there is no attendance by the intended recipient, follow standard failed delivery card process.

Delivery of ‘Non-Signature Required’ (ATL) product

The courier will attempt delivery by knocking on the front door or attending the designated delivery area/reception,  and will wait at an appropriate distance (recommended > 1.5 metres) for the intended recipient to arrive.
If no attendance by the intended recipient and the delivery location is considered a safe drop, the courier will follow the standard ATL process.
If no attendance by the intended recipient and the delivery location is not considered a safe drop, the courier will follow the standard failed delivery card process.
